Our extrusion systems are equipped with the latest measurement technology and we use them to process thermoplastics in large volumes to create fluid and compressed air lines for a huge range of applications.

We produce polyamide pipes for motor vehicles in line with the high quality requirements of the standards DIN 73378 / 74324 and ISO 7628. Renowned producers and suppliers in the commercial vehicle industry in Europe have been using Pioflex’s high-quality pipes in their braking systems for many years.

We have numerous pipe diameters and roll lengths in stock as standard and we can supply them very quickly. We also make every effort to meet individual special requirements as quickly as possible depending on their feasibility. Feel free to contact us about this and tell us what you require. At PIOFLEX we process the following materials and extrude external diameters ranging from 2 mm to a maximum of 66 mm (depending on the material used).
